Shipping:

Most orders will ship UPS and many items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please provide your UPS shipping address and USPS mailing address if you have both. Please check product details for manufacture direct products and special shipping times. No special requests on manufacturer direct items.

Return Policy:

 Opened packages can't be returned.
 Manufacturer defects or warranty issues should be taken up with manufacturer of product.
 Orders can be returned within 10 days of purchase for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply. You are responsible for return shipping!!
 All returns are required to be authorized, which must be obtained from our Customer Service Department prior to your returning the product.
 Return authorizations are valid for 10 days and the product must reach our warehouse before then.
 Products sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
 Returning of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on cost.
 Shipping charges are non refundable.
 Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product by Backwater Outdoors without additional shipping charges.
 Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product.
 Credit will calculate based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches Backwater Outdoors warehouse.
 Backwater Outdoors will have no liability after 10 days of the date of invoice.
 Bows, lights/light bulbs, hydro-turf, props, bow strings, and videos/games are non-returnable (no exceptions)
