Just wanted to say thanks to Backwater Bowfishing for enabling me to shoot in this weekends tournament in MN. Last Sunday I had some issues with my Osprey (timing cables way to stretched out to fix) and I wasn't able to send my bow in to be fixed for this weekends tournament. And I have been thinking of picking up another Osprey soon to have a deep and shallow water bow. So this was the perfect time to order my new one. I called Bryan on Sunday night and told him the situation I was in, and I placed my order for a new SS Osprey in a black finish. And I received it first thing Thursday morning. So basically that took less than 4 days to receive!!! Thanks again. Keep up the good work --Brady

I ordered three of the Ams wave rest on a Friday morning, and they had the best price, and I got them on the next Monday with a note saying thanks and it was hand written. I've ordered 3 fish hawk bows and hundreds of $$$ of accessories/shafts/reels/line and other stuff from backwater this summer. Bryan is ALWAYS spot on to help and answer any questions. I have been buying bowfishing stuff online and out of catalogs for many years. Backwater Bowfishing is the absolute best thing to ever happen to the world of bowfishing supplies. His customer service is absolutely second to none, the best I've ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable in everything and has always been more than helpful. His prices are the lowest I've been able to find anywhere on any bowfishing supplies also. His shipping is also the fastest I've ever. Yup it only took a couple of days to get my gator getter set ups. I had a question with my order slip so I gave him a call and left a message, about 60 sec. later I get a call from backwater confirming everything is correct. Can't wait for gator season here in GA less than a month --David
